This is the second 280ft x 80ft jumbo barge launched by MCL. This barge is able to load up to 6500MT. She was built in the Year 2018.
MCL Perintis was launched on 11 February 2019. She is operational from March 2018. Her maiden voyage was to load woodchip to Bangpakong, Thailand.
This barge size is the same as MCL Platinum and they act as sister-ship.
This barge has all-round sideboards of 12Ft height, making her ideal for both bulk cargo such as coal, PKS and woodchip.
The barge depth of 17ft still allows her to ply both river and coastal route within the region.
Being towed by tug boat of high performance capacity, this barge will be a good choice for many Charterers.
This 280ft barge is available for charter for spot cargo and for COA.
